Q. WHEN DO I ADD ADDITIONAL LOOSE PEARLS TO MY NECKLACE?
To be cost effective, we recommend that you have at least five or more pearls to add on. If you are buying an inch each time then the time to make a notable difference would be when you have two of the pink cards. We do have customers that ask us to re-bead one pearl at a time, but the shipping costs become mitigated with more than just one.
Q. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I CHOOSE TO ADD MORE PEARLS TO MY NECKALCE?
We can help you with any add a pearl necklace by Princesse, regardless of its source: whether purchased on our website or even from another distributor when you are ready. We begin by asking you to ship it to us by UPS, US Mail or FedEx, verifying insurance for a minimum of $100 which with most carriers is standard and included in their charge. Using the above mentioned carriers, a tracking number is available to enable you to track the package online. Our experience has proven all of these carriers are very dependable and reliable. Q. WILL I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ITEM?
Once we receive the instructions from your delivery, and your chosen method of payment, we will create your database inside our files with your name, address, telephone number and email. This information should be included in your note which should also be signed in order provide authorization to comply with your instructions. When the work order is processed, you will be notified by email. We do not inconvenience you with additional annoying emails or in any way share this information with any other source. Having your assigned customer ID will merely speed up your transactions and will minimize any other contact.
Q. WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE DOING THE WORK AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our policy for the actual beading of the pearls is to let the supplier handle it as there is a more expeditious turn-around. The factory service available makes the product as you know it today. Knots put in between each pearl for security and when it is returned to you, there are no surprises. The turn around time is approximately two weeks starting from the day we receive it.
Q. WHAT ARE THE RESTRINGING COSTS?
Using a 6mm pearl as a baseline, the costs to resting are:
01 – 06 : NC
07 – 14 : NC
15 – 25 : $10
26 – 40 : $20
41 – 60 : $20
61 – 75 : $30
*Prices may vary depending on the actual time spent in re-stringing the necklace.These prices cover a part of my costs and done right at the factory that sells the pearls.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE GOLD CHAIN THAT IS ON MY NECKLACE?
Our policy is to maintain the length of the necklace as received unless otherwise noted in your instructions. Any 14kt chain that is removed will be returned to you.
Q. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN MY NECKLACE?
Five dollars! We pay the rest as a courtesy and insure your package back to you for the appropriate amount. If your necklace should get lost we absolutely replace it as quickly as possible, and it will be re-shipped to you at the address you have supplied. You are welcome to use a different shipping address if that is more convenient for you.

Q. WHAT IF MY PEARL/BEAD NECKLACE IS NOT AN Princesse Pearl?
If you have pearls or beads that need restringing, we are more than happy to help you. Follow the instructions above for mailing as we have a Master Beader available for any of your restringing needs. We welcome outside work if there is no one competent in your area. Please call and ask for Louie the Jeweler on our line to have any questions or concerns addressed. We are qualified to do complex triple strands, ornate antique beading, or unusual beading that cannot be fulfilled in your area.
