1. How do I know that I will like the product only after seeing it on the internet?

By the time we get to the ordering stage, we will both have a very good idea about which item you would like to order. Our three most popular products are Add a pearl, Majorica pearls and Kaspar & Esh add a link diamond bracelets. In case you have not yet seen the items - they can generally be found in the finest retail jewelry stores in your area.

2. Can I return the item if I do not like it?

Absolutely, if the item is in stock we accept returns within ten days. If the item is a special order we cannot accept a return if you do not like it, only if we make a mistake then we DO accept returns. Our jewelry is not like you see on TV - we have to make it to fit. Majorica, Princesse TM, Jabel, Memoire and our add a diamond bracelet collection are the best jewelry pieces on the planet today, so we ask that you are sure you know what we are sending you and neither of us incur expenses without reason. If there is a problem with any of our pearls we have a standard 15% re-stocking fee within the ten days.

3. How long will it take for you to receive it?

If we have it in stock it leaves our store that day. If we need to order it from the factory the lead time is less than (10) ten working days and sent to you directly from our vendor.

4. How is an item shipped?

For security reasons we ship USPS with a signature required. Under $50 the driver will more than likely leave it in a secure place at your house with a note on your door. We pay all shipping charges on starter add a pearl necklaces, Jabel, add a link and orders over $150. Periodically we offer free shipping to our mailing lists so we store your email and order number only on our server. The rest of your info is on a 256 bit secure server. We do not make shipping a profit center but try and charge our costs to you. Please let us know if you were charged more than a resonable amount considering insurance is added.

5. Is there any guarantee?

We sell quality products and unless an item shows obvious abuse we will repair or replace it immediately for as long as you own it .
