What We Do Locally
During my tenure behind the counter, I have worked as a district manager for the Zale’s Fine Jewelers Guild Division with Stowell's Jewelers. In 1979 I founded a successful (25) twenty-five year business in Springfield, Massachusetts before urban decay crept in and we were forced to close. Working for (40) forty years behind the counter makes me “uniquely qualified” to appraise, repair and redesign any jewelry wardrobe. I am now working online with specific fine jewelry products and realize the existing demand for restoration of beautiful diamond and colored stone jewelry that has been forgotten over the last few years. A change of finger size may be all that is necessary or a simple makeover of the mounting to one of today’s styles would find you wearing and enjoying what you already have.
My jewelry design background started with the G.I.A. program for design. I work from my sketch pad, then to complete color layouts on paper, followed by a wax mold and finally to the finished product. The ring pictured here was one of my designs...simple changes with elegant results. Put my talent to work for you because "I want to be your jeweler".
As a Certified Gemologist (GIA) I am also qualified to complete estate and insurance appraisals.
With a scheduled meeting we can:
- Clean and inspect any diamond/gemstone jewelry.
- Verbally appraise and assess your jewelry wardrobe.
- Inspect and/or redesign any pearl or beaded jewelry.
- Make recommendations with pricing for you to consider.
You can’t wear broken jewelry!
You may have a broken strand of pearls or beads that are no longer in style. To change the length we can supply you with additional pearls, beads or restringing into the same or a different style necklace that will work for you.
One of the main causes of losing a diamond is from a broken prong. Most women hit their rings from time to time and think nothing of it, when in reality the prong tip is damaged or broken, making it a potential exit door for the diamond. Don’t let that happen to you because our inspection service is free.
Next step is to set up an appointment Lpag@cox.net via email or call 860-849-6479. Meetings will take place at the Lily House in the center of Suffield (or at a site of your choice) between 11AM - 3PM.

*** WE WORK FROM CATALOGS WITH SPECIAL ORDERS ONLY AND DO NOT STOCK INVENTORY ***
